“Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it! ”

“The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect part of town with amazing views. Food was excellent at the Bistro. Beds were very comfy! Room was clean! Highly recommend upgrading to the room with the Mountain View! We absolutely loved it. Pool is very large with a small hot tub. Only thing was I never saw anyone skim the pool to remove dead bugs. Kids did not care a bit about that, just me! ”
